Eric Stremmel's Recently Completed 17' Tilamook Pacific Power Dory
Eric Stremmel just completed this Tillamook Pacific Power Dory. He sent me this e-mail and pictures yesterday:
Hi Jeff,
I wanted to send you pictures of my Tillamook. The frame is Douglas fir and white oak with half inch meranti plywood over it. Clothed , epoxied, and painted with Brightsides. Used the roll and tip method and was amazed with how smooth it came out . People think it is fiberglass. All exposed wood is white oak epoxied and varnished. It really gets up and goes with a 50 hp on it. The ride is smooth and dry. Could not possibly be happier with the way it turned out.

Marlin Robison is just now finishing up his Robalo Panga. Here's the note he recently sent me:
Hey Jeff,
I'm nearly finished building the Robala panga and wanted to shoot you some pictures of it. It was the first boat ive built, it was more time consuming than I expected but i think it came out great.
This boat will see lots of use in Monterey and San Francisco bay and every lake within driving distance.
Thanks for the great plans. I cant wait to get out on the water.

I just got this email from Brian Williamson.
Jeff,
Due to winter in Ohio, I used my tablesaw as a work table for most of the work on this and today was the day to move things around so I can cut down rub rails. My first build was a Pescadero that I called No Drama and this one is called Little Drama. It is highly likely that I will add to the "Drama" collection.

I'd love to see them, as would all of the other people who are either building a boat or thinking about it. They need all the encouragement they can get.
